My Services

My Story

My journey began with a love for cooking that led me to culinary school at The Art Institute of Philadelphia, where I trained to become a chef and graduated first in my class. I thrived in the fast-paced world of food and hospitality—but after having my children, my perspective shifted. I realized that while delicious food mattered, what we put into our bodies mattered even more. That realization inspired me to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Alabama. While in school, I worked as a preschool teacher, which opened my eyes to how many families—especially those juggling full schedules—struggle to access clear, practical nutrition guidance. That’s when my passion evolved into a mission: to make nutrition not only delicious, but affordable, approachable, and rooted in real life.

My Skills

I bring a unique blend of expertise that spans nutrition, culinary arts, education, and behavior therapy. With a foundation in Human Nutrition and years of hands-on experience in professional kitchens, I understand both the science behind what we eat and how to make it taste good. My time as a preschool teacher taught me how to break down complex ideas into practical, age-appropriate lessons, while my work in behavior therapy deepened my ability to support habit change with empathy and structure. Whether I’m developing meal plans, teaching classes, or working one-on-one, I focus on real solutions that fit real lives—supporting people in making lasting, meaningful changes that go beyond the plate.

My Clients

I work with individuals, families, and people of all ages who are ready to take meaningful steps toward better health—no matter where they’re starting from. Whether you're a busy parent trying to simplify meals, a young adult navigating wellness for the first time, or someone just looking to feel better in your own body, I'm here to offer guidance that’s practical, compassionate, and personalized. My goal is to create a supportive space where nutrition feels empowering, not overwhelming. Every person deserves access to tools that make healthy living doable, and I’m committed to helping you build habits that last—grounded in empathy, real-life experience, and a deep belief that small changes can lead to big transformations.
